## Discrepancy

DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, EMERGENCY PATH LIGHTING AFT OF SEAT 9A WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL CHARGED BATTERIES WITH AC POWER, OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
