## Discrepancy

DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, THE FOWARD EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE
