## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHT NEAR THE PAX DOOR WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL PERFORMED AN OPERATIONAL CHECK AND FOUND NO DEFECTS WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM.  AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
