## Discrepancy

WHILE PERFORMING RAT EXTENSION, COULD NOT DEPLOY RAT WITH CONTROL HANDLES,   BOTH CONTROL HANDLES IN FLIGHT COMPARTMENT.    TROUBLESHOT PER A300-600 AMM 29-25-00-5, NO DEFECTS NOTED.  OPS CK GOOD.
