## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH NOSE GEAR UP. FAILURE OF THE NLG DOOR ACTUATOR CAUSED THE NOSE GEAR NOT TO DEPLOY. PASSENGERS/CREW DEPLANED VIA SLIDES. ORIGINALLY IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE NOSE GEAR HAD COLLAPSED ON THE RUNWAY AFTER LANDING.
