FOUND UPPER DECK EMERGENCY LIGHT ABOVE PASSENGER SEAT COMES ON WITH SWITCH IN THE ARMED POSITION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT EMERGENCY LIGHT IAW B747 MM 33-51-00.
