EXISTING REPAIR DETERMINED NOT TO BE PER FAA APPROVED DATA AND TO BE A MAJOR   REPAIR. REMOVED EXISTING REPAIR AND INSTALLED NEW REPAIR  IAW EA 7-5330-96567
