REPAIR EVALUATED AND FOUND NOT TO CONFORM TO AN EXISTING SRM REPAIR.  NEW REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED PER SRM 55-12-12 FIGURE 203.   REPAIR EVALUATED PER GMM 6-2-100 AND CLASSIFIED AS MAJOR
