EXTERNAL DOUBLER REPAIR APPROX 8 X 12 INCHES.  LT AFT FUSELAGE STA 1050 STRINGER 19L TO 20L.  REPAIR REQUIRES EVALUATION FOR MAJOR MINOR DETERMINATION AND IF THE REPAIR WAS ACCOMPLISHED USING FAA APPROVED DATA.  ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW FED EX EA 7-5330-96607.
