PILOT NOTICED THE TORQUE INDICATION BEING ERATIC ON THE RT ENGINE DURING TAKEOFF ROLLOUT AT ABOUT 70 KTS. PILOT RETARDED THE THROTTLES AND RETURNED TO THE GATE.
