## Discrepancy

DURING A FUNCTION TEST OF THE ELT THE UNIT WOULD NOT TEST.  ON INVESTIGATION WE FOUND THAT ONE OF THE BATTERIES WAS FAULTY WITH AN (OPEN) CONDITION. WE REPLACED ALL THE BATTERIES AND THE UNIT FUNCTION TESTED PROPERLY.
