## Discrepancy

AC COMPRESSOR MOTOR WOULD NOT RUN. FOUND CURRENT LIMITER BLOWN. ON INSPECTION, FOUND BRUSHES WERE NOT SEATING.  SPRINGS WERE IN PLACE, BRUSHES WERE NOT MAKING CONTACT WITH MOTOR.
