ON 08/25/03, APPROX. 1143(UTC), FLT 4500,  AIRCRAFT ABORTED TAKEOFF WHEN THE FLIGHT IDLE STOP OPEN LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR RETRACTION.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FIELD.
