CREW REPORTED THEY STARTED LOOSING CABIN PRESSURE AT FL 24, DECENT TO LOWER FLIGHT LEVEL WAS INITIATED AT WHICH TIME THE CREW REPORTED THEY HEARD A LOUD WHISTLE AT THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR.
