## Discrepancy

ON AUGUST 5, 2026, UA 2041, FAA REGISTRATION FA3YNENLNE, INDICATED A POSSIBLE MOTOR FAILURE WHILE RETURNING TO CRUISE FOLLOWING A DELIVERY. THE FLIGHT TERMINATION SYSTEM (FTS) ACTIVATED AND DEPLOYED THE PARACHUTE. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. POST-EVENT INVESTIGATION IDENTIFIED ELEVATED NOISE ON THE AIRCRAFT'S PRIMARY CAN BUS. MANUFACTURER INSPECTION IDENTIFIED DAMAGE TO CAN WIRING ASSOCIATED WITH MOTORS 1 AND 3.
