## Discrepancy

LEFT ENGINE COWLING LIP BOOT NOT HEATING EVENLY.  REPLACED LIP BOOT WITH NEW LIP BOOT.  INSPECTION OF REMOVED BOOT REVEALED POSSIBLE INSTALLATION DAMAGE DUE TO TRIMMING FOR EASE OF ADHERING TO COWL CONTOUR.  (X)
