UPON BORESCOPE OF FUEL CONTROL SHUT OFF MECHANISM, NOTED CLEVIS LANYARD THROUGH-BOLT HAD BACKED OFF FROM CLEVIS ON END OF BOLT.  (THROUGH-BOLT LOOSE).  NUT HAD BACKED OFF.  (X)
