DTW - AIRCRAFT DID NOT HAVE LEFT GEAR DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION.  FLEW AIRCRAFT BACK TO CMH.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED HYDRAULIC POWER PACK.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  (X)
