DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND RT FORWARD HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ATTACH BRACKET CRACKED.  CRACK APPROXIMATELY .3750 INCH LONG.  CRACK EXTENDED THROUGH UPPER ATTACH POINT BOLT HOLE.  (X)
