UNIT WAS RETURNED FROM A/C AS LEAKING AND INOPERATIVE.  BENCH CHECKED UNIT, FOUND TO BE SHORTED INTERNALLY.  REPLACED WITH AN EXTERNALLY MOUNTED FUEL BOOST PUMP.  (X)
