## Discrepancy

TURBO CLAMP THAT ATTACHES EXHAUST PIPE TO TURBO BROKE.  CLAMP WAS SAFTIED AROUND BOLT.  BREAK OCCURRED SOMEWHERE ON CLAMP.  POSSIBLE SEPARATION WHERE SPOT-WELD HOLDS BOLT IN PLACE.  (X)
