DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, FUEL FLOW INDICATION PROBLEM.  TECHNICIAN NOTED THE AVIONICS SWITCH FELT ''ABNORMAL''.  DID NOT HAVE ''POSITIVE FEEL''.  NEW SWITCH INSTALLED.  NOTE:  REMOVED SWITCH TOTALLY FAILED DURING OPERATION CHECK AFTER REMOVAL.  SWITCH LEVER SEIZED.   (X)
