## Discrepancy

OIL SUPPLY LINE FOR OIL COOLER, FITTING THREADS IN CASE DETERIORATED ALLOWING FITTING TO BLOW OUT.  THIS ALLOWED ENGINE OIL TO PUMP OUT.  PILOT SHUT ENGINE DOWN WITHOUT DAMAGE TO ENGINE.  (X)
