## Discrepancy

ENGINE BEGAN RUNNING ROUGH AND THEN THE PROPELLER LOCKED IN THE VERTICAL POSITION.  POST-INCIDENT INSPECTION OF THE ENGINE REVEALED THE CRANKSHAFT HAD FAILED.  (X)
