## Discrepancy

NR 5 CYLINDER ROD CAP CAME OFF.  BOTH ROD BOLTS WERE BROKEN.  THE CYLINDER WAS BROKEN AND SEPARATED FROM CRANKCASE AT ITS FLANGE.  (X)
