## Discrepancy

NR 4 COUNTERWEIGHT DEPARTED CRANKSHAFT AND PUNCHED HOLE IN TOP OF CASE AFTER TAKEOFF.  RETURNED TO PHI AND LANDED SAFELY.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS APPEARS TO BE A CONTINUING PROBLEM WITH THIS ENGINE.  (X)
