## Discrepancy

ON FINAL APPROACH, PILOT FELT A GRINDING IN THE FLIGHT CONTROLS.  POST-FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED FORWARD OIL COOLER BLOWER BEARING FAILURE.  FORWARD BEARING DISINTEGRATED (FAILED) IN THE HANGER AND THE HANGER WAS DAMAGED.  (X)
