PILOT FOUND TAIL ROTOR BLADE ROOT FITTING CRACKED ON A PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION.  THIS IS THE SECOND OCCURRENCE ON THIS AIRCRAFT.  THE LAST BLADE, S/N 009999-1489, ONLY TWO SERIAL NUMBERS DIFFERENCE.  (X)
