## Discrepancy

WHEN AIRCRAFT LANDED, THE RT WHEEL WABBLED ON AXLE.  JACKED AIRCRAFT AND REMOVED WHEEL WITHOUT REMOVING NUT.  FOUND SMALL OUTER BEARING FROZEN AND DISSINTEGRATED, AND THE INNER (LARGER) RACE SPUN IN WHEEL.  FURTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND ALL WHEEL HALF BOLTS FINGER LOOSE.  (X)
