ALL 4 MAIN WHEEL BRAKE ASSEMBLIES WERE FOUND TO HAVE CARBON MATERIAL DETERIORATING AROUND THE METAL ATTACHMENT PADS OF THE FLOATING END PLATE SUBASSEMBLY.  REF:  BOMBARDIER INC., CONDITION REPORT NR 44191.  (X)
