EXHAUST HEAT SHIELD FAILED ITS CLAMP ATTACH TABS.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS CONDITION COULD BE CONSIDERED SERIOUS IN THE EVENT A PART FAILS AND BECOMES LOOSE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.  (X)
