## Discrepancy

CMH - AFTER TAKEOFF, COULD NOT GET GEAR UP AND LOCKED INDICATION, RETURNED TO CMH.  JACKED AIRCRAFT CHECKED ALL UPLOCK ADJUSTMENTS AND OPERATION, CLEANED AND LUBED ALL UPLOCK ATACHMENTS, CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  (X)
