HOLE IN SIGHT GAUGE (TUBE) APPEARS TO BE CAUSED BY HEAT, LOST FLUID.  NOSE GEAR DID NOT EXTEND.  LANDING WAS MADE WITH NOSE GEAR UP.  (X)
