RIGHT E-HANDLE PULLED AFTER TAKEOFF DUE TO FIRE WARNING ZONE 1.  FOUND NR 2 ENGINE U-JOINT TO INTERMEDIATE PIPE CLAMP BROKEN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SAME.  (X)
