## Discrepancy

FUEL WAS OBSERVED LEAKING FROM DRAIN TUBE.  INVESTIGATION REVEALED VALVE TO BE LEAKING FROM DIAPHRAGM PARTING SURFACE.  VALVE BODY SCREWS WERE FOUND TO HAVE LOOSENED OVER TIME.  SUBMITTER SUGGESTED SELECTION OF ALTERNATE LOCKING DEVICE TO PREVENT RECURRENCE.  (X)
