AIRCRAFT FLOATS WERE INADVERTENTLY DISCHARGED.  MALFUNCTION WAS DISCOVERED DURING REMOVAL OF RT MAIN GEAR DOOR.  EXPLOSIVE CHARGE DISCHARGED WHEN FLOATS TRIPPED, BUT LINK DID NOT SEPARATE.  (X)
