## Discrepancy

FUEL WAS OBSERVED LEAKING FROM DRAIN TUBE.  INVESTIGATION REGVEALED VALVE TO BE LEAKING FORM DIAPHRAGM PARTING SURFACE.  VALVE BODY SCREWS WERE FOUND LOOSENED OVER TIME.  SUGGESTED SELECTION OF ALTERNATE LOCKING DEVICE TO PREVENT RECURRENCE.  (X)
