## Discrepancy

DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, ELT WAS FOUND NOT TO MEET FAR 91.207(D).  IT FAILED G-TEST AND WAS MOUNTED IMPROPERLY IN AIRCRAFT.  IT WAS MOUNTED WITH VELCRO AND A DETERIORATED STRAP.  (X)
