ON PREFLIGHT TRANSIT, FOUND MID CABIN CEILING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN LIGHT CHECK ACCOMPLISHED.  TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM.  REPLACED BATTERY PACK IAW 33-50-71.  OPS CHECK OK.  (M)
