CARBURETOR WAS OVERFILLING.  UPON DISASSEMBLY, FOUND CARBURETOR GASKET, PN 16-B85, SAGGING AND THE METAL FLOAT, WHERE THE NEEDLE SEAT RUBS, WORN EXCESSIVELY AT THE FLOAT LEVER ADJUSTMENT TAB.  (X)
