OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR IN RIGHT ENGINE FLUCTUATED THEN INDICATED ZERO.  SECURED ENGINE FOR PRECAUTION.  DECLARED PRECAUTIONARY EMERGENCY WITH ATC AND RETURNED TO HOME BASE (SBN).  TRANSMITTER REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED UNIT.  OPS/MAINT CHECKED GOOD.  RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
