AIRCRAFT WAS IN GEAR UP LANDING IN 1995.  PROPELLER WAS OVERHAULED BY KANSAS PROPELLER AND AVIATION.  WO NR 1008.  SUBMITTER STATED DAMAGE IN PRELOAD SHOULD HAVE BEEN REJECTED IN 1995.
