## Discrepancy

FOUND TRIM PULLEY AND SHAFT HAD WORN EXCESSIVELY INTO BRACKETS.  WELDED TO AIRCRAFT (THIS IS TRIM CRANK IN COCKPIT) CAUSED TRIM TO BIND UP.
