## Discrepancy

RIGHT WING REFUEL VENT VALVE OPERATES INCORRECTLY AFTER OVERHAUL.  WHEN POWER IS APPLIED TO THE 'OPEN' CIRCUIT, VALVE RUNS TO THE CLOSED POSITION AND THE VALVE POSITION INDICATOR (MECHANICAL INDICATES CLOSED.  ELECTRICALLY, THE VALVE INDICATES OPEN.
