## Discrepancy

IN CRUISE FLIGHT, THE POWER TURBINE ROTOR DROOPED TO 90 PERCENT AND WOULD NOT RECOVER.  THE PILOT LOWERED COLLECTIVE, RECOVERED ROTOR SPEED AND DID A POWER ON RECOVERY.
