## Discrepancy

MIR SDF    LEFT ENGINE NOT DEVELOPING FULL POWER FOR TAKE OFF.  HAD MAINTENANCE AT SDF C/W COMP CHECK ALL GOOD,  RAN AIRCRAFT , COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM, RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
