PILOT REPORTED HEATER OUTPUT DECREASES AFTER ABOUT 20 MIN.  UPON INSPECTION,  FOUND FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR LEAKING.  UNIT WAS REPLACED.  OPS CHECK GOOD
