## Discrepancy

GASKET FOUND CUT UPON REMOVAL.  POSSIBLY DUE TO INSTALLATION PROCEDURE.  RECOMMEND MORE CARE IN INSTALLING ADAPTER PLATE TO PREVIENT COCKING ON INSTALLATION.  MAKE SURE GASKET IS CENTERED ON PLATE.
