ENGINE OIL PUMP PN: 3104268-1 SN; A1178 WITH 1848.2 HOURS SINCE INSTALLATION FAILED. THE PUMP SEIZED AND CAUSED SHAFT TO SHEAR. PUMP WAS REPALCED WITH OVERHAULED UNIT.
