RIGHT ENGINE DID NOT SHUTDOWN WITH FUEL CONTROL SWITCH (2 ATTEMPTS), PULLED FIRE HANDLE.  ENGINE STILL DID NOT SHUTDOWN.  RECYCLED FUEL SWITCHES AGAIN, ENGINE SHUTDOWN.  REPLACED PRESSURIZING AND DRAIN VALVE, OPS CHECKED GOOD.  (M)
